Hello everyone how are we all today? I’m all good thanks I’ve been busy with starting up my own online 24-hour radio station called V.O..C. Radio and can be found on the top of the side of any page you visit (You do need to enable flash). It was a bit of a drama finding the tools and getting it started but I managed to fix it myself with a bit of time and patience. The radio station is all of my tracks I have made along the years and varies from Vaporwave from House depending on the day and time you can check the full schedule at any time in the about page on this site for more details. I’m pretty chuffed as I got it for £7.50 a month instead of £15.00 that’s with shoutc.ast.com not the other one shoutcast.com which is the official site who knows but I know I’m getting a good price that’s for sure and with some cool features. I had fun putting everything together including my own jingles or more like intros you know radio identification pieces, it’s a shame I can’t sing as I would have belted some jingles out but it still sounds good with the normal effects you know voice Morpher, vocoder on top of reverb and delay that sort of stuff. Some are me and some are txt to speech voices I searched hard online to get one that downloads an mp3 of the transcript, honestly the cool stuff you find free online. As I said before I have music for each day of the week well after 6 pm there is a special playlist if I set it up all right and by the way that was a trial, here’s the full schedule. Oh, by the way, I am in the process of getting an app for the radio station I need to get in touch with the provider so I don’t know when that is going to be but hopefully very soon as it says it takes a certain amount of hours once the ball is running.

I haven’t been making a lot of music recently but I have finished three albums ready for release in October. I have already talked about what two of the albums were but I changed the third one I won’t go into full details but they are a suicide prevention album, a Halloween album and an album for Black History Month that touches on the subject of Afrofuturism, I will do a special blog post about the subject when the time is closer so again I won’t go into full details now. I am gutted I missed my chance to see Lauryn Hill on a famous field called The Downs in Bristol, I would have loved to have gone but I couldn’t get there in time and by the time I saw the message by my dad who works at a radio station, it was too late and I wish I charged up my phone more often damn you phone. I have been busy though with various projects including a new about me video well it’s called 50 fun facts about myself and it’s what it says on the tin but I think they are more facts than fun, you can check that out on my about page if you’re interested. Please note I’m not used to the talking to the camera and felt very nervous when I was filming it so please excuse the nerves, I hope to get better in front of the camera so I can be on youtube more and film more entertaining videos for you so fingers crossed. Well I think that is it for this month you can get in touch with me via the chat if you want to chat with me or even others on my site yes that’s the other thing as well I have put a chat room on the site so I can converse a bit more and reach my audience so feel free to use it, take care over there.

  1. Hi, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your blog site in Opera, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, very good blog!
